A better Sales Professional Access (SPA) experience is here! On Friday, February 13, 2026, an updated interface went live, designed to make it easier and faster to find the tools and information you use every day.

The enhancement brings a fresh, consistent look to several high‑traffic SPA destinations, including:

  • The Marketing main page
  • The Med Supp and Dental Marketing Credits page
  • The Company Collection page
  • Product reward program pages such as LTC Crown ClubMed Supp Mutual Sales Leaders, and 4 Quarters Club

What’s Changing

The redesigned experience focuses on clarity, simplicity, and efficiency. You’ll notice:

  • More streamlined navigation connecting marketing, incentive, and rewards content
  • Clean, uniform page layouts that make it easier to scan and locate key materials
  • Improved visibility into credits earned, progress toward qualifications, and program updates
  • Highlighted areas that showcase new resources and future activity.

Each page has been thoughtfully restructured to emphasize essential information and reduce the time spent navigating to what you need.

From your SPA homepage, you will see a Marketing icon on the left side of the page. Clicking or hovering over it gives you the option to see the Marketing page, go to the Company Collection page, or select one of the Rewards pages to view.
