Effective July 14, Sales Professional Access (SPA) received an enhancement designed to make account information easier to find and manage. When you select the profile icon in SPA, you’ll now see a new “Account” option that brings key tools and information together in one convenient location.
As a reminder, the updated Account area includes several renamed sections to help you navigate SPA more efficiently.
Once you click the new “Account” link, you’ll see the following updates:
- Account Dashboard – formerly Appointment Status (see image 1)
- Documents – formerly Communications (see image 2)
- Authorized User – formerly Account Access Management (see image 3)
- Account Settings – formerly Profile (see image 4)
