
Agent portal Multi-Factor Authentication Update
Effective Saturday, September 20
We will implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) starting Saturday, September 20 at 6 AM CT. To avoid interruptions to your access, review what actions you may need to take.
What to Expect
The agent portal will be temporarily unavailable for a few hours during the system upgrade.
After the upgrade, all users will be required to complete an additional authentication when logging in.
In addition to your username and password, you will need to enter a verification code sent to your registered email or mobile phone number.
What You Need to Do:
To ensure a smooth transition, please verify that your contact information is up-to-date:
Agents/Agencies: Go to Agent Management >Update Correspondence to review and update your mobile phone number and/or email address.
Licensed-Only Agents (LOAs): If your agency has assigned you a specific email address, please verify your mobile phone number via Agent Management > Update Correspondence.
Delegate Users/Office Staff: Review and update your email address by navigating to Web Profile (top right, next to Directory) > Change Email Address.
Note: Please allow 5-7 Business days for all updates to take effect.
