
As a reminder, long-term care (LTC13 and LTC09M-CA) new business applications are now processed and administered directly by Mutual of Omaha. This change reflects our ongoing commitment to safeguard what matters most for policyholders while delivering a more streamlined, optimized experience for our distribution partners.
In addition, Mutual of Omaha has transitioned in-force LTC13 and LTC09M-CA policies to our internal servicing team. Bringing both new business and in-force servicing in-house allows us to deliver a consistent, seamless experience for both policyholders and your team.
New Business Processing: Key Updates You Should Know:
Automatic Bank Payments
• Automatic bank payments are now available for all payment modes — monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual — either at the time of application or after policies are issued.
Indiana Custom Solutions
• Clients in Indiana can now select 1–5% compound inflation, offering greater flexibility to tailor coverage to individual needs.
Paper Applications
• Only 2025 paper application versions (MAP622_2025 series) are now accepted.
E-Applications
• Updated e-applications are live.
