
Introducing Our New Agent Assist Access Process for Enhanced Office Support
We are pleased to announce the implementation of a new Agent Assist process designed to enhance office efficiency and support. This enhancement enables designated office support personnel to access limited information within the ADDs Agent Portal. Once you identify and authorize these individuals, they will receive restricted-access credentials aligned with their support responsibilities.
Once initiated, the authorized user will have view-only access to policy information, hierarchy information (if approved). The number of authorized users will be limited to five.
Authorized users will NOT be able to access the eApp enrollment page, view compensation information or commission reports.
Process for Establishing Authorized Users
- Complete the Authorized User Setup Form

Note: Only one Authorized User (AU) should be submitted per form. - Processing Timeline
Allow 3–5 business days for processing and system activation. - Credential Issuance
Upon approval, the AU will receive an email invitation prompting them to create a user ID and password. The original requestor will receive a confirmation as well. - Additional Support
