Expect an easier contracting process and more.
We’re excited to announce that we are making some business technology enhancements to streamline our broker portal and improve your Medicare Advantage (MA), Prescription Drug Plan (PDP), and Supplemental Benefits (CSB) online experience! We expect that all changes will be completed and visible to you in late July.
Highlights include:
- Seamless registration — CignaForBrokers will be the single point of entry with one sign-on to access all online tools for MA, PDP, and CSB.
- Streamlined onboarding — We’re automating several processes to improve our onboarding and allow agents to start selling sooner. This includes real-time license and background verification, training notifications, and a new licensing status dashboard.
- More self-service options — At your convenience, you will be able to update select personal details, add administrative users, and manage your direct deposit account (MA/PDP only) in your broker profile on CignaForBrokers.
- Better reporting — Our agency partners will have more visibility to recruiting, downlines across lines of business, and ready-to-sell status.
- MA/PDP commission enhancements — A new commission portal will include visibility to MA, PDP, HRA/VBE payments along with the ability to download statements in excel or PDF format.
While many enhancements will be identical for all Cigna Healthcare® Medicare brokers, as you can see, there will continue to be some process differences between MA, PDP, and CSB lines of business. We’ll outline essential details in future communications.
