Introducing CareScout Pro Lite
We are rolling out CareScout Pro Lite, a new limited-access producer website designed to help agents jumpstart their journey with CareScout Care Assurance.
With Pro Lite, users now can access Sales & Marketing materials, Quick Quote tools, and e-Application functionality – even before their contracting is complete. This streamlined approach means agents can run quotes and submit applications right away, all while moving efficiently through the contracting process.
For contracting paperwork and any state-specific requirements, we will refer agents directly back to GoldenCare to ensure everything is handled smoothly and accurately. Once contracting is finalized, agents will enjoy full access to the producer site, including features like pending case status, inforce business tracking, and commission statements.
