IMPORTANT COMMISSION UPDATE
As part of our ongoing efforts to support sustainability in a rapidly changing Medicare Supplement market, we are reaching out today to share an important update.
Starting May 1, 2026, Wellabe will adjust Medicare Supplement commission payments for new business across all sales levels. On average, commissions will be reduced by about 2 points. You can view your updated commission schedule in the agent portal on the Commissions page.
This was a difficult decision and not made lightly. It does not reflect any change in how much we value you and the critical role you play in serving customers. Rather, it is intended to help ensure long-term stability, competitiveness, and our ability to remain present in more local markets with meaningful options for clients.
At the same time, we are investing in tools, technology, and new incentive opportunities designed to help you sell more products and increase your overall earnings. This includes making it easier to cross-sell ancillary products alongside Medicare Supplement with tools such as MyEasyMatch and our new guaranteed issue cancer policy offer starting April 1.
