Express App updates for underwriting improvements
As we prepare to introduce real-time underwriting in 2026, we’re making system enhancements along the way to improve and accelerate our underwriting process. Most of the updates will be invisible to you, but you may notice the following changes in Express App:
- The Social Security/Taxpayer Identification Number field has moved to the Applicant Information page.
- A new “verify applicant” button will show on the Applicant Information page, but it will be unavailable for use until later in the year.
