Mutual of Omaha is committed to supporting our customers impacted by the Federal Shutdown in Nevada and Connecticut

We are identifying these customers when they call us. For those impacted by the shutdown, we will be extending their grace period by an additional 30 days. Additionally, a BE will be added to document each phone call.

Although we have currently received this request from two states, it is likely that other states may soon follow suit. Please keep this in mind and apply the same considerations when working with customers in all states affected by the Federal Shutdown.
