Key highlights:
- More mobile device-friendly.
- Several new options will be added while inputting the client’s contact information, including a pop-up for an ACH-PAC form and the addition of a mailing address if they would prefer to mail a check.
- The client signature process will include the ability to enter more information such as account numbers or any field missing during the application.
- The “Request Paper Copy” will now populate after the signature portion is complete, allowing the policyholder to choose if they would like to have a hard copy mailed to them.
