Protecting your policyholder information is one of our highest priorities. To further enhance the security of sensitive data, we have updated access permissions for previously uploaded documents through Easy Upload. These changes help ensure that policyholder information is only available to authorized users and remains protected against unauthorized access.
As a result of this update, please be sure to store policyholder documents securely in your own systems and in a location where you can easily retrieve them in the future, as they will no longer be available for re-download through the Easy Upload tool.
