What has changed?
GoldenCare is launching several key updates to the InstaPIVOT™ tool to make it more accurate and user-friendly:
- Aligned Health Questions — The health questions are now more consistent with those found on each carrier’s individual application, ensuring agents see exactly what the carrier is asking.
- Expanded Keyword Search — We added many more plain-language keywords so agents can easily find conditions or medications using simple, everyday terms.
- Medication Clarifications — We refined the medication lists to show when certain drugs are tied to specific conditions for particular carriers, while also keeping medications that are declined universally regardless of use.
These updates give agents a smoother, more reliable experience and reduce confusion when prequalifying applicants.
