To better serve our sales professionals across all time zones, we’re pleased to announce extended hours of operation for both the Producer Tech Support team.
Effective Tuesday, September 2nd, the new hours for these teams will be:
🕕 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central Time
(previously 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time)
These changes are designed to provide more flexible, timely support during the business day, especially for our colleagues and partners working in earlier or later time zones.
The SPA Technical Support section will be updated accordingly.
