Business Card Orders
GoldenCare will cover the cost of all producing agent’s business cards (approval by Tim). New Career Agents must submit at least one piece of new business before requesting a business card order.

When Do I Use Turn-In Forms?
- “New Business Turn-In Form“ is meant to be used WITH the submission of a new application to GoldenCare. This form is to be used for all applications except MA/MAPD and PDP E-Applications (please continue to use the Transmittal form). Paper applications for Medicare products require this turn-in form.
- Please submit this form with applications to avoid confusion. You are able to upload multiple files in one Portal message. Click Here to View Guide
- “Commission Request Turn-In Form“ is meant to be used AFTER the application has been entered into GoldenCare’s database. This form is only used to request commissions. You may request up to 12-month advanced commissions if you submit the form WITH the policy delivery requirements completed/signed.

LER: LEAD EFFICIENCY RATING
Effective 5/01/2025 we’ve implemented a LER (Lead Efficiency Rating).
Be sure you are working your leads to the best of your ability. You will need to sell a minimum of 10% of your leads. LTC leads need to be at a minimum 300 LER and Medicare needs to be at a minimum 150 LER.)
