A note regarding direct access to Producers’ University
As part of the transition to the new broker portal, direct login access to Producers’ University will no longer be available effective February 27.
You’ll still have access to training and other resources, but must first log in to HFB, then navigate to Producers’ University via single sign-on.
- If you haven’t yet registered in HFB, follow the steps in the guide1.
Once logged into HFB, go to the left-hand dashboard navigation to access Producers’ University as follows:
- For Supplemental Benefits, go to Training.
- For Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans, go to Tools > Medicare Producers’ University.
There you’ll see all the familiar resources, including the Media Room and Resource Center, where you can find the latest trainings, job aids, and reference guides.
