Here’s what’s really stopping Medicare Advantage from covering all of America’s seniors,” by Beth Pinsker, Marketwatch

“Starting on Wednesday, nearly 70 million U.S. citizens who are over 65 will begin the open-enrollment process for 2026 to either renew the plans they carry on top of original Medicare (and its $185 Part B premium) or change them. Almost all Medicare recipients do this, because there are no out-of-pocket maximums with Medicare, so costs for copays and coinsurance could otherwise be infinite.”
