Hover Bubbles Have Arrived

In an effort to make applying for products as transparent and as simple as possible, we have introduced “Hover Bubbles”. These “pop-ups” provide definitions of certain benefit components of the OmniFlex Short-Term Care when you “Hover” over them with your mouse.

Additional hover definitions you will see within the e-App for Short-Term Care are:

Benefit Period – The number of days benefits will pay once the policyholder goes on claim.

Elimination Period – The number of days the policyholder must receive care in a facility (and pay for it out of pocket) before benefits start.

Home Health Care Rider – An extra benefit created to help provide reimbursement for care in your home when recovering from accidents, surgery, or illnesses.

Hospital Indemnity Rider – An extra benefit that pays daily cash benefits to help cover the ever-increasing co-pays, deductibles, or other miscellaneous costs associated with a hospital stay.

Simple Inflation Rider – With this rider your daily benefits increase over time to protect against inflationary pressures.
