Below are reminders regarding certifications for PY25. Blackout starts June 9th, 2025. Hard to believe we are talking about PY26 already, but it will be here before we know it!
New and non-certified partner agents can enroll in the PY2025 Certification course until May 31, 2025. The course must be completed by June 8 at 11:59 PM (ET).
Agents who finish by this deadline will need to recertify for PY2026.
PY26 Annual Certification and Recertification Dates:
- June 9: Blackout period begins for launching PY26 certification
- July 8: PY26 Annual Certification & Recertification (English) goes live in Humana MarketPoint University.
- August 26: Tentative launch date for Spanish-language Certification and Recertification in Humana MarketPoint University.
