- Producer Onboarding has been deactivated
- All currently contracted and appointed agents and downlines are subject to an indefinite freeze; no movement will be permitted.
- Agent release requests are also paused and will not be processed. We will send communication when release requests open back up.
- New agents who have never contracted with Humana may be onboarded by call center or field agencies in late January. We will update accordingly when new agents can onboard.
