Minimum premium requirement
Starting June 1, 2026, Wellabe will require all plans sold to meet an annualized premium totaling $250, or a minimum of $20.83 per month. This includes the product’s base benefits and any riders added to the plan.
Beginning Monday, June 1, if agents enter an application in MyEnroller® that does not meet the minimum premium requirement, they will receive a pop-up notification with this information and be directed to adjust the premium to advance the application.
