I am writing to let you know that we are implementing a temporary pause on new agent contracting, effective September 1, 2026 through December 7, 2026. Normal contracting will resume on December 8, 2026.
This pause allows our team to work through current volume with the level of care our partners and their agents deserve, and to make sure every new appointment we bring on is set up for success heading into the new year.
What stays the same during the pause:
- Your appointment and your agents’ existing appointments remain active.
- Service to your policyholders continues without interruption.
- Commissions, product access, and day-to-day support are unchanged.
- Pending contracting submissions already in process will be handled by our contracting team, who will follow-up directly with those agents.
