Protecting customer information remains a top priority. Effective July 23, 2026, certain personally identifiable information (PII) and contact information fields currently available through SPA and data feeds for Life, Health and Annuity products will no longer be populated with customer information.
The fields will remain visible, but they will no longer contain customer information.
These changes align with the approach already in place for Senior Health Solutions products and are designed to further protect customer information.
No action is required at this time.
Beginning July 23, Book of Business views, Conversation Event downloads and data feeds will reflect the updated information available for Life, Health and Annuity products.
