New agent portal coming June 29
We’re just weeks away from the new Wellabe agent portal, designed to make doing business with us easier and more efficient. You’ll experience a more streamlined, user-friendly experience that provides a central location for tools, reports, and resources.
What you’ll see:
- The new portal will officially launch on the morning of June 29
- You’ll continue to find the same content, tools, and functionality you use today
- The new platform will:
– Replace the old, outdated platform
– Create a foundation for future enhancements
– Elevate the digital experience for agents
Agent resources will be available soon, including videos, guides, and additional materials.
Recent MyEnroller updates
Now live: $250 minimum annual premium
All Wellabe health products now require a minimum annual premium of $250, or $20.83 per month. If an application below this amount is entered MyEnroller®, the agent will be directed to adjust the premium to advance.
E-policy packet selection updates
The e-delivery option for customer policy packets is now automatically checked on the eDelivery Preferences screen in MyEnroller. Agents must uncheck the box for their client to receive a paper packet.
