Starting June 20, many iPipeline production applications will begin requiring multi-factor authentication (MFA) at least every 30 days. You will already see a prompt for MFA when you reach the login page.

What you need to know

  • Shared credentials will not be supported
  • Each user must have a unique login to avoid MFA issues and ensure security
  • Please review all business processes to identify and resolve any instances of shared credentials. Example: back office support who run illustrations for an advisor. Sharing login credentials will not be supported

Thrivent resources that will be impacted

  • iGo – eApps and illustrations
  • FormsPipe – printable apps and forms

Action items: To prepare, users can update their information via the “Update Account” links on the login page.

  1. Verify Email – Ensure the user email address is accurate.
  2. Add Mobile Number – Add a mobile number to receive passcodes via SMS.
