Improving Your ClientConnect e-App Experience

We are pleased to announce that effective April 12, 2025, the ClientConnect e-App platform will be updated based on your feedback! The most important enhancement: You will be able to prefill applications up until the Passcode Verification and Client Signatures.

Once you prefill and save the application, it remains in the system for 30 days. You can resave the application or make changes to restart the 30 days.

How much of the application can I prefill?
Although you can prefill up until the One-Time Passcode Verification and Client Signatures, we recommend prefilling as much of the application as you’d like up until the Review Responses page, which allows you to edit each question if needed with the client(s). From there, you complete the Billing Information and on to the One-Time Passcode Verification and Signatures:
