Look for the upcoming changes to Sales Professional Access (SPA), impacting the Policy Management, Conservation Events, and Book of Business pages. The Case Monitoring tool will no longer be available after May 11. Please see the previously communicated information on the upcoming changes below:
Effective May 11, 2025, we are enhancing the Policy Management and Conservation Event pages on Sales Professional Access (SPA). We are committed to offering you valuable tools and resources to manage your business with Mutual of Omaha.
Enhancements include:
- We enhanced the Conservation Events page design, which will help producers manage and conserve their existing business.
- A new tab titled “My Business” will provide a view for all your business, and it will include links to Policy Management, Conservation Events, and Book of Business.
- The Policy Management page will give producers access to all their business from pending business to inforce business, in addition to search functionality on a policy or view based on the status category.
- Plus, producers will now be able to download up to 30 days of conservation event data, instead of the two-week limit.
