We are pleased to inform you that Bankers Fidelity policyholders can now file claims for ancillary products directly through the MyCoverage® portal.
This enhancement makes it faster and easier to submit claims for eligible products—including Cancer, Hospital Indemnity, Short-Term Care, Short-Term Disability, Accident Insurance, and Wellness benefits—all online, anytime. The portal provides 24/7 access to coverage details, claims history, downloadable forms, and explanations of benefits (EOBs) in one convenient location.
How to File a Claim Online:
1. Visit mycoverage.bankersfidelity.com.
2. Log in using your existing credentials or register for a new account.
3. Select the ‘File A Claim’ tab at the top of the landing page.
4. Select your claim type and follow the prompts to submit electronically.
Please note: Life Insurance claims must continue to be submitted by mail.
