Today you can download a complete list of your in-force policies using Mutual of Omaha’s Book of Business tool on Sales Professional Access (SPA). We appreciate all the positive feedback on our Book of Business tool, and we are committed to offering an enhanced way of doing business with Mutual of Omaha. Life just got sweeter with a book of business display tool coming soon.
The availability of viewing a PDF in the Policy Management Details Page is based on the date the PDF became available in our storage application (Mid Summer of 2020) and then by product type. The new Policy Management tool will display inforce policies without having to download a list and gives you access to view a pdf of the policy on the Policy Management Details page under the Resource section. Take advantage of this great tool to manage your business with Mutual of Omaha beginning September 6th. The Policy Management tool will replace the current Policyholder Information links on SPA.
How to Access the New Policy Management Tool?
- Please log-in to Sales Professional Access
- Reports dropdown will now include the new Policy Management Link based on the user’s role
- Client-side navigation (home page) will include the new Policy Management Link based on the user’s role
- Users will be able to click on the new Policy Management link and it will open the link in a separate tab
The Policy Management tool will display your active policies and allow the ability to view inactive policies by searching with a policy number. Under quick stats users will see their active policies displayed numerically.
Users can click the drop down for search criteria and search by:
- Policy Number
- Client’s Name
- Client’s Last Four Digits of SSN
- Writing Producer’s Name
- Writing Producer’s Number
- Writing Producer’s National Producer Number (NPN)
We will continue to evaluate additional enhancements to the Policy Management tool. Look out for the ability to order a Medicare Supplement ID card replacement coming to the tool later this year.
