
We’re excited to share that customers who purchase a Living Promise Whole Life policy will now automatically receive a welcome email from Mutual of Omaha.
The welcome email greets customers as part of the Mutual of Omaha family, confirms their policy information and informs them to watch for policy documents arriving in the mail soon. It also mentions the Customer Access portal where they can find detailed information about their policy and reinforces Mutual of Omaha’s commitment to customer service.
Initial roll-out will begin July 8th with a test group. Additional customer communications will be incorporated in Q4 of this year, with a complete customer roll-out planned for early 2026.
This new communication requires no action from you while enhancing the customer experience through seamless onboarding. The email supports your client relationship by providing consistent messaging about their new policy.
