Senior Health Brokerage Sales Leadership Transition
Mutual of Omaha is pleased to announce a leadership transition within our Senior Health Brokerage Sales organization. Following the retirement of Randy Mousel on January 31, 2026, after an exceptional 28 years of service, Jon Enenbach has been appointed Senior Vice President, Senior Health Brokerage Sales.
Randy’s contributions are profound. Over the last quarter century, he built a best-in-class brokerage team and a partner-first culture grounded in integrity, service and performance. We are grateful for his leadership and the enduring foundation he leaves.
Jon brings 16 years of experience at Mutual of Omaha working in several different organizational roles and distribution models, including the last three years as Vice President, Senior Health Brokerage Sales in anticipation of this transition. His tenure ensures continuity of strategy, relationships and execution.
What this means for you:
- Status quo: Your day-to-day points of contact, processes and service experience remain unchanged.
- Same exceptional brokerage experience: Mutual of Omaha will continue to provide the responsive support, reliable execution and partner-first engagement you expect.
- Partnership-first: Our commitment remains to help you grow- through consistent communication, smart innovation and a steady, service-focused approach.
We appreciate your continued trust and partnership and look forward to building on the strong foundation Randy established.
