
As a reminder, effective October 20, 2025, all long-term care (LTC13 and LTC09M-CA) new business applications are now processed and administered directly by Mutual of Omaha. This change is part of our ongoing commitment to safeguard what matters most for policyholders and create a more optimized experience for our distribution partners.
Key Updates You Should Know:
- Automatic Bank Payments are now available for all modes (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual) at the time of application or after policies are issued.
- Custom Solutions in Indiana now allow clients to select 1–5% compound inflation for greater flexibility.
- Paper Applications: Only 2025 versions (MAP622_2025 series) are now accepted. Paper applications with 2024 or earlier series were only accepted through November 21, 2025.
- E-Applications: Updated e-apps are live, and any applications started prior to October 20, 2025, must have been submitted by November 21, 2025.
