This is a reminder that Mutual of Omaha has begun transitioning in-force LTC13 and LTC09M-CA long-term care policies from illumifin to our internal servicing team. Bringing both new business and in-force servicing in-house allows us to deliver a streamlined experience for policyholders and distribution partners.
The migration began on November 17, 2025, and will continue in phases through early 2026.
Policyholders are receiving notification letters that include updated Customer Service contact details and premium payment instructions.
What You Need to Know
- The migration of LTC13 and LTC09M-CA policies is now in progress and will continue in phases.
- Customer Access was temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance the weekend of November 14.
- A final communication will be sent once all policies have been successfully migrated.
