Medicare Changes Could Create a New Client Conversation
Rising Medicare costs continue to weigh on seniors. A recent eHealth survey found that 33% of Medicare beneficiaries say their healthcare costs are higher than expected, while 75% worry Medicare could fail or their benefits could be reduced.
Standalone Medicare Part D premiums are expected to increase in 2027, potentially creating more plan shopping and more questions for agents as Medicare Open Enrollment approaches.
For agents helping clients evaluate prescription drug coverage, those conversations may reveal another need.
