Next month we will be updating the Policy Management and Conservation Event pages on Sales Professional Access (SPA). Changes will include a new tab called “My Business” being added on SPA, which will include links to the Policy Management, Conservation Events, and Book of Business pages. The expanded Policy Management tool is replacing Case Monitoring.
