Renee joins us as our Underwriting Specialist, after having spent years at ManhattanLife helping to develop and then finalize Underwriting and New Business processes for OmniFlex Short-Term Care.
Renee has a strong background in developing underwriting guidelines, overseeing compliance with regulatory standards, and managing the operational aspects of underwriting teams. She is certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is a LOMA Certified Underwriter. Underscoring her commitment to precision and continuous improvement, she also has a Master’s in Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Health Science.
In addition to her underwriting expertise, Renee has developed curricula and mentored students, demonstrating her passion for leadership and professional growth. Her comprehensive knowledge and proven track record make her an incredibly valuable addition to our GoldenCare Team!
