The MA Eligibility & LTC Partnership Program course will cover the core requirements for a 4 hour LTCi refresher course. This course will include laws that created the partnership plans as well as the reasons for using a plan to protect assets. We will detail the features, provisions and options in the long-term care plans of today as well as the suitability issues a producer may face when offering long-term care insurance.

This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 4 hours of company sponsored insurance continuing education credits and satisfies the 4 hour refresher course requirements for the “MA Eligibility & LTC Partnership Program” in Minnesota.
