We’re introducing a new enhancement to make managing multiple producers even simpler. Soon, producers (brokers) and authorized broker assistants will be able to switch users directly within the Account Manager—no need to log out and back in.
This update is especially helpful for assistants supporting multiple brokers throughout the day—saving time and improving efficiency.
What to expect when switching users:
- Access via the Accounts dropdown
- Log in to SPA as a Broker or Broker assistant.
- Click the Account Name in the top navigation.
- Seamless switching between producers
- After switching identities:
- The selected producer name and number display under the Account icon.
- SPA content updates to reflect the selected user information
- Username remains unchanged
Stay Informed with Notifications on SPA
Notifications help keep you informed about announcements, important system and service updates—so you never miss what matters.
You’ll see notifications in multiple places:
- Top banner – message will appear at the top of your screen and highlight critical or time-sensitive information.
- Notification bell – select the bell icon in the top right corner to view recent notifications. A red dot indicates unread messages.
