Case Status Update

The URL  has changed for our online case status. The new login page can be found at https://www.smartofficecrm.com/login.

On the submission of your first Thrivent Long Term Care you will receive your personal account information for our SmartView for Advisors Case Status website.

Benefits of online case status?

  • Case status can be obtained 24 hours a day
  • See real time case status entered by our case managers
  • You will see the exact same information our case managers would relay if you called
  • Cases remain here for 120 days after a case decision has been made by Thrivent
  • Monitor your cases as they go through underwriting
  • Information is secure and is read-only

Access the following:

  • Case Status—Basic information about the case, including proposed and issued premiums.
  • Insured—Lists the contact’s name, proposed class and issued class.
  • Requirements: Shows all underwriting and delivery requirements.
    • Requirement—Title of the requirement
    • Requirement Status—Current Status of the requirement
    • Required Of—Shows who the requirement is needed of or to be completed by.
    • Status Date—The last date the requirement was updated
    • Completed—Date the requirement was completed, will be blank if the requirement is outstanding
    • Remarks—Notes regarding the requirement; the latest note should be the first entry in the requirement and a date listed.
