True Freedom now offers Plus Option Plans in addition to our original Standard Option Plans. The Plus Option includes the same plan structure and benefits as our Standard plans, with the added ability for members to increase their daily benefit up to $300 per day over time through the Plus Option schedule.
Representatives may now offer clients either the Standard Option or the Plus Option, allowing them to choose the plan that best fits their long-term planning needs.
Unlike the Standard Plans, the Plus Plans are designed to increase the daily maximum benefit over the first five years of a contract when no home care service hours have been utilized:
- Years 1–2: Up to $150.00 per day
- Year 3: Up to $200.00 per day
- Year 4: Up to $250.00 per day
- Year 5 and Beyond: Up to $300.00 per day
Once home care services have been initially accessed, the daily benefit amount at the time of activation becomes the locked maximum daily benefit for the remainder of the membership.

In addition, if a representative submits FIVE (5) enrollments by Dec. 31st, they will earn a
$250.00 ADDITIONAL BONUS!!!
Representatives submitting TEN (10) or more enrollments will earn an additional
$500.00 Bonus!!!
All enrollment count bonuses will be paid in January 2027. All submissions must be active/not on service to collect year end bonuses.
