Sporting her can-do spirit, Darcy Soltys, CLTC, FLMI officially joined ManhattanLife in July 2025, as Regional Vice President of Sales for Standard Life and Casulty, a ManhattanLife company.
Darcy serves as the newest member of Standard Life President Todd Tippets’ first-class RVP team. She is eager to collaborate with her colleagues saying, “I am excited to join the ManhattanLife team and feel that my 30-plus years in the insurance industry will contribute to the success of the sales team.” Based in Omaha, Darcy’s core responsibilities are to recruit, build and lead external sales/distribution groups in addition to exploring and creating true partnerships with select local, regional and national brokerages.
Darcy is a proud alum of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, home to the Cornhuskers, a place that still informs her character with ingenuity, determination, and commitment. It is no surprise then that Darcy has plans in place for her new role stating, “My goals in this role are to broaden awareness of products ManhattanLife offers, grow relationships with key partners and to have fun learning from my new colleagues!.”
Todd Tippets has full confidence that Darcy will bolster our company’s expansion, given her background as a licensed agent and carrier representative for individual life and health products.
