If you generated annual earnings of more than $600 across all Aetna business areas (including Senior Supplemental Insurance and Medicare Advantage), we have mailed you a 1099 NEC tax form. Please allow up to 14 days for mail delivery through USPS.

If you need to request a duplicate copy after February 9, you can request it by contacting Agent Services at 866-272-6630. A request for a duplicate copy may take up to two weeks to process. Note: We can only mail your 1099 form and can not email
it to you.

If your earnings are less than $600, you can view your earnings on your Commission Dashboard.
