Home Office Support
GoldenCare has several departments at the main office that are always ready to assist and help our agents. Our main office is in Plymouth, MN. We have a personal interest in the well-being and success of every associate and agent. At GoldenCare, not only will you develop friends for life, but you’ll find mentors who will work with you to help you reach your goals.
Recognition
We provide Amazon points for sales contests, higher commissions on referrals, quarterly medical bonus and contests throughout the year. We host all expenses paid for the Annual Convention hosted by our Executive Team each year for all the top agents that qualify based on meeting the set sales goals. Top agents are recognized in our monthly flyer as well as bi-weekly meetings. We take pride in recognizing our GoldenCare family members! We also host an annual appreciation summer event here in Minnesota. Whether it be a beautiful sunset dinner cruise on Lake Minnetonka, horse racing or baseball game.
